You will be the front-runner in driving the growth of Love, Bonito’s markets in Indonesia via
1) country-specific market penetration strategy, and 2) new store expansion strategies, rollouts and partnerships. This role will be critical to the success of Love, Bonito especially as we go into hyper growth over the next 2-3 years. Reporting directly into the Country Head, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Love, Bonito through this exhilarating expansion phase.
Team Management & Leadership
- Able to get hands-on with research and project management while understanding and knowing when and where to delegate.
- Collaborate closely with all other functional team leads for new projects and key initiatives.
New Market Entry Research & Planning
- Overseeing market entry research
- market and competitor research across cities.

- Ensure comprehensive research and preparation is done and translate research into required materials for Regional and Board presentations.
- Project management of new market launches and mobilizing and managing all required stakeholders e.g. Regional team, Merchandising, Marketing, Tech, Operations etc.
- Develop and implement partner management strategies to support our growth and drive incremental revenue.
- Develop a light touch strategy for secondary market/city by leveraging on suitable on brand partners via outright, consignment or marketplace model.
General Business Development
- To identify, pursue, develop and execute new growth opportunities.
- Support in the ideation and execution of local projects end to end.
- Partnership opportunities to break into the market whether it be potential collaborations, major media placement, bank partnerships, and many more.
- Be the key launcher individual in growth-centric strategy.
Retail Business Development
- Support the development and roll-outs of all new stores.
- Build good relationship and reputation with mall and property leasing, contractors and other additional external stakeholder.
- Ensuring new stores to reach its targeted revenue.
- Leverage new stores to build positive brand persona that aligns with brand values.

Requirements & Experiences
- 3+ years of relevant work experience preferably in a startup or consulting company.
- BA/BS degree from top university in business, economics, engineering or other relevant field.
- Superb business acumen and strong critical thinking skills.
- Analytical, numerate and ability to make sensible judgment calls with data.
- Past business development experience and ability to effectively influence and good people management.
